We want you to love your Flourandvanilla apron, tee, tea towel or mug. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work. Flourandvanilla is operated by Flour & Vanilla in the United States.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached.
• We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.
• Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it back. Items sent back without approval may be refused.

Items that cannot be returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Once your return is approved, you receive instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back using the prepaid label. Keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
5. When your return arrives, we inspect the items.
6. After inspection, we issue your refund.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. After your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label, so you do not pay to send approved items back.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return, and are sent to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears on your account. We email you when the refund has been issued.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, capacity or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution, at no cost to you.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. There is no fee to cancel.

Scope of this policy
